1. Doll sizes:our doll leg is curved, we measure the doll leg as it is in straight state, that is the length from the thigh to the knee plus the length from knee to tiptoes: so there exists 2-3 cm deviation due to different measuring ways.

2. Doll delivery:All dolls will be sent out in 2-5 working days after the payment down.  Our Price does not include taxes, or other hidden charges, we are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. hope you can understand it.

3. Color difference:There exists the color difference due to the color reflection in the monitor,lighting, background etc.

The actual color shall be subject to the color of the doll received .

4.Doll accessories:The doll sent without diaper due to weight control. If you need, contact us first before you buy it. The small plush toy usually send the same as picture, if there haven't in picture means will not includes it in your package.Sometimes it may out of stock, then we will send randomly for your doll.
